Thank you for choosing Ador Scents. We strive to provide high-quality diffuser machines and essential oils to enhance your well-being. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
1. Timeframe
- Diffuser Machines: You may return your diffuser within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Essential Oils: Unopened and unused essential oils may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition
- Diffuser Machines: Must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Essential Oils: Must be unopened, with seals intact, and in original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used essential oils.
- Diffuser machines that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorised retailers.
Return Process
1. Contact Us
- Email us at returns@adorscents.co.uk to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Packaging
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Shipping
- Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. -
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund or Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
All our diffuser machines come with a 12 month warranty as outlined in our terms & conditions of the product warranty.
If your diffuser machine or essential oils arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different model or scent, provided the item meets the return eligibility criteria. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for the exchange item shipped out.
