What is nano-atomisation?

Our diffusers use nano-atomisation technology to break fragrance oil into a fine, waterless mist — no heat and no water, so the scent stays true to the blend and lasts longer.

How do I clean my diffuser?

Clean your Ador diffuser every two to three months, and whenever you switch to a very different scent, to prevent oil residue build-up and keep performance at its best. For full step-by-step instructions, check out our blog article.

Is it safe to use around pets and children?

Keep diffusers and fragrance oils out of reach of children and pets, use a low setting and ventilate the room regularly. Some fragrance ingredients can affect pets, particularly cats and birds, so check with your vet before diffusing around them. Stop using the diffuser if a child or pet seems unwell. Our oils are for diffusers only and should never be applied to skin or ingested.

What's your warranty and returns policy?

Every diffuser comes with a 12-month warranty. If it's not right for you, we offer a 14-day return or exchange on unused, undamaged products. Check out our refund policy.
